Today is a very special day for me. 3 years ago today my beloved dad passed away. He was and always will be my inspiration and I look up to him to this day.
I am at a turning point in my life and he has encouraged me to start a new path in the UK.
He led me to learn how to live in a holistic way and to focus on mindfulness to achieve health and happiness. He told me to believe in myself with spirit, energy, courage and confidence.
Now I have finally found my dream job, something I want to do for the rest of my life. As someone who originally moved to England for the sake of my family, I now have found the reason why I need to live in the UK, not only for my husband and girls but for myself.
I believe that introducing Gendai Reiki will support so many of my friends and family, just like it has helped me grow over the last 3 years while I had lots of ups and downs. I feel that I have finally found the purpose of life which is to find and understand the path to true happiness.
Usui Sensei taught Reiki openly in order to share the joy and happiness of it with as many people as possible. While making progress in your Reiki practice and devoting yourself to the healing of others by means of Reiki, you will naturally advance on the path to happiness. This is true spirit of Reiki and it is expressed in the Gokai as kindness to others.
My dream is to let all of my friends and family know that I am here to help and support them. I would love to find opportunities to widen my circle of friends and family through the power of Reiki too. Thank you all for helping me grow.
三年前の今日、大好きな父が亡くなり、海外に嫁いだ事の意味を再度思い知らされました。家族の尊さと大切な故郷との距離を思い、葛藤と責任、優先順位と決断を学びつつ、両親や家族から教わった事を糧にイギリスに嫁ぎ、妻として母としての役割に翻弄されてあっという間に１４年が経ちました。子育てもひと段落し、尊敬する父からの教えを自らの人生で活かせているだろうかと思いつつ、今ターニングポイントに立っています。
７年前父が病に倒れたことがきっかけで学ぶことになった霊気をもっと深く学んでみようと思わせてくれたのも三年前の今日がきっかけでした。
そして、これまで学んできた経験を生かし、沢山の友に支えられ、心の底から大好きな事を自分の仕事として、生涯楽しみたいと思える霊気に出会えたのも父のおかげと言えます。これまでのすべての出会いと機会に心から感謝し、自分を信じて、これからの人生に彩を与えてくれるであろう新たなスタートを今日という日に迎えることが出来る有り難さを噛み締めています。
霊気の教えの一つに、「人生の目的は真の幸福を実現することにある」とあります。
臼井霊気法は多くの人に伝えて喜びを共有するために公開されました。霊気法の実践が深まると、まず自分自身が幸福への道を進み始めます。さらに縁あるすべての人々が幸福になれるように、ヒーリングを通じて奉仕することが、霊気の真の活用法であると教えられています。
私もこれからの時間を、大切な家族と友のために費やすことができ、縁あるすべての人々の癒しと支えになることができれば、そして縁ある人々の輪を年を重ねるごとにどんどん広げていくことができるなら本望だと大きな夢を抱きつつ。
